How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every person who reaches out to Poleexists Walk-In Tubs to be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to share a concern and what we do afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How your call or message to Poleexists Walk-In Tubs was handled
  • The way we treated your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it often helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Poleexists Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@poleexists.homes and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
